Prompt
You are an expert direct-response copywriter. Write high-converting ad copy for the following:

Product or service: [PRODUCT_OR_SERVICE]
Target audience: [TARGET_AUDIENCE]
Key benefit: [KEY_BENEFIT]
Pain point it solves: [PAIN_POINT_IT_SOLVES]
Platform: [PLATFORM]
Tone: [TONE]

Deliver:
1. Three headline variants (30 characters or fewer each)
2. Three body copy variants (90 characters or fewer each)
3. Two CTA options

For each variant, briefly note what psychological lever it uses (urgency, social proof, curiosity, etc.). Format clearly with numbered sections.

How to Use

Fill in each placeholder with specifics about your product and campaign, then paste the completed prompt into your AI model. Review all three variants and A/B test the one that best matches your campaign goal. Revise by telling the model which variant is closest, then ask it to iterate further.

Variables

VariableDescription
[PRODUCT_OR_SERVICE]What you are advertising (e.g., "a project management app for remote teams")
[TARGET_AUDIENCE]Who you are reaching (e.g., "startup founders aged 30–45")
[KEY_BENEFIT]The single most important benefit to highlight (e.g., "cuts meeting time by 50%")
[PAIN_POINT_IT_SOLVES]The problem your audience experiences before using your product
[PLATFORM]Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, or Display
[TONE]urgent, inspirational, factual, or conversational

Tips

  • Keep [KEY_BENEFIT] to one thing — ads that try to say everything convert poorly. If you have multiple benefits, run this prompt once per benefit and compare results.
  • Platform matters: LinkedIn tolerates longer, more formal copy; Twitter/X and Display reward extreme brevity. Tell the model the platform so it can auto-calibrate character counts and register.
